Grief Support Group
You don't have to navigate loss alone. This ongoing monthly group offers a safe, compassionate space to talk about grief, share stories, and connect with others who are walking a similar path. Each monthly group session focuses on a specific theme that provides both education and emotional support.
When: Tuesdays, 4-5, Feb 24th, March 24th, and April 28th
Where: Group will meet virtually via a secure platform
