Mosaic Counseling seeks additional therapists in Germantown, West Bend, and telehealth-only positions. We offer a flexible, supported, and rewarding work environment. Providers have the opportunity to practice both in-person and telehealth or telehealth only.

Compensation relies on the number of clients seen, with a transparent and competitive commission-based structure. Our mission is to maintain a healthy, supportive, and balanced work environment where you are encouraged to learn and enjoy the work of helping others.
