Mosaic Counseling is seeking a fully licensed therapists for our Mequon and West Bend locations. We offer a flexible, supported, and rewarding work environment. Providers have the opportunity to practice both in-person and telehealth or telehealth only.

Compensation relies on the number of clients seen, with a transparent and competitive commission-based structure. Our mission is to maintain a healthy, supportive, and balanced work environment where you are encouraged to learn and enjoy the work of helping others.

All candidates MUST be licensed by AND reside in the State of Wisconsin, have the ability to build a practice over 3-6 months, have good communication skills, and be determined to be successful.
