Lacey Weber, MS, LPC, NCC
Lacey is the Director of Clinical Services and co-owner of Mosaic Counseling. A dedicated and compassionate psychotherapist, she brings nearly 15 years of clinical experience working with diverse populations across a wide range of treatment settings.
Lacey holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mount Mary University. She has advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and is a certified Integrative Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Committed to holistic and evidence-based care, Lacey actively pursues ongoing education in the fields of mental health, health coaching, and wellness to better support the clients and communities she serves.

Nikki is completing her Master’s degree in social work from University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. She has been working in the field of social service for many years and has a passion for working with people in LGBTQ+ communities. She provides a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

Anthony works with adolescents and adults and specializes in the areas of anxiety, depression, parenting, anger, communication skills, trauma, domestic violence offenders/victims, men’s mental health, athletic performance enhancement, career counseling, and life transition. In addition to individual therapy, Anthony also runs groups and participates in corporate talks.

Paige Barger, MS, LPC
